O FMI ainda vai negar a paternidade destas "soluções"

Imprescindível para poder ir à discussão ... versão oficial.

O documento é indigesto, mas para já, duas notas de leitura:

1) Se nas áreas que conheço bem há ali disparates, o que devo pensar do resto do documento?

2) A paternidade é bem assumida e logo à cabeça, que o FMI não gosta de confusões (vejamos: "At the request of the Portuguese authorities" (...) "In drafting this report, the team benefited greatly from discussions with Ministers and/or State Secretaries from all 11 ministries as well as their staffs" e, a minha favorita, que tem um significado específico em matéria de "textologia" de organizações internacionais, "The mission team greatly benefitted from the guidance provided by State Secretaries Luís Morais Sarmento and Helder Rosalino of the Ministry of Finance, and Miguel Morais Leitão of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs". Guidance, que fique muito claro).
